I have been planning on buying a new lift a year from now for some time. When this came on the market I traveled up to look at it hoping to be able to swing buying a new chip truck I have in process as well as possibly this. Sadly as the chip truck costs ramp up I will need to use all my available money to swing that and have to wait on the lift idea for now.

In looking at this I was just hoping to pull brush on a job for a day and be able to be around it and see it function mostly. Eric, the owner, is a real nice guy and he spent a lot of time telling me many of the tricks and cautions to using a tracked lift. After checking me out on its functions he allowed me to run it and I have to say it is one fun and easy way to get tree work done.

My thoughts: Eric strikes me as a straight shooter and he would be about the best type of person to buy an important piece of equipment from, he says it has been well maintained and every indicator points to that, the lift feels very stable at height and at extension compared to other forms of lifts I have used through the years, the trailer seems to be an excellent fit for transportation and getting matting to a job at the same time, the insight that Eric has to share on this lift’s usage will put any buyer weeks or months ahead in their learning curve and could easily save some dangerous and or expensive “Oops” moments.

Thanks Eric for taking the time to show me so much. I wish I could have worked out my end of it.

We have a t200 and it works great. The only reason we didn't get the t275 is because the head doesn't lift. Rayco makes a very sturdy machine. I have no complaints with them

I was concerned about the ability to raise the head initially, until i actually raised the head and it gets close to 8 ft high or so. Double the c140. Plenty high enough for my needs as i dont plan on mulching timber. Thats what the future excavator will be for. Thanks for the input

The lift has a 13hp Hatz air cooled diesel AND the ability to run on 120 AC. I can run the lift pretty much all day on one tank of fuel. 5 gallons will last me all week. I burn that much in my bucket truck in an hour.
