2003 Ford F-350 Stakebody Dump Truck 6.0 Powerstroke Diesel. Manual transmission. Truck has a trailer hitch and brake controller. Needs transmission rebuilt or replaced, third gear is stripped.
Engine runs great, however it cannot be started at present because transmission is out of the truck. If you wish to reinstall the bad transmission to hear it run before purchase, you may, but we will guarantee that the engine runs.
Truck would be a great starter, or mulch truck for landscaper.
This engine has been trouble free, it has been bulletproofed completely. We put in ARP head studs, new head gaskets, new turbo, new fuel injectors, lines, pump, and plastic fuel tank. Also new LED headlights, added a Timbren suspension enhancement system to the rear axle to increase the carrying capacity. The bed has a 7 ton hoist, so it will dump anything that you put in it. The strobe light pictured on top of the bed is included, and there are wires run for floodlights that can be mounted on top of the bed as well.
Replacement right side door and fender will be included, painted to match, to as there is a dent on that side of the truck. Also, a new chrome front bumper will be included, the bumper on the truck has a dent. Truck does need two new batteries as well, it has been sitting for a little while and they have died.
Tires are nearly new all the way around. You can see them in the photos.
With exception of the transmission, the truck is in great shape and should be ready to go for many more miles.
Current odometer reading is just over 208,000 miles.
Asking $8,500 online, but would happily let someone here have it for $7,000, or make me an offer what you feel it is worth to you!
