10mm rigging eye2eye

I made this today for my colleague to use on his dead eye sling.

Its a 3mm dyneema inner core, core to core splice, 6mm vectran - deep db spliced, and polyester cover.

Added up its around the 6000kgs MBS, would like to break one these

have a dig boys.....

can you video and document it? would nice if so, would it be on a machine? or drops?

horizontal machine cycles and pull to fail. video sure. Documentation is unofficial.

Thats ok, as long as there is a range of testing, Freebee? the one I made was 130cm long, what would be the best length for test bed?
