Has anyone tried waxing the inside of their chip box?
I purchased a 2006 GMC C7500 forestry truck last year with a surprisingly solid chip box. No rust on the inside that I can see (though the truck frame is a different story). Chip boxes made out of wood? Waterproofing them?
Alot of us on here has had a wood box before and the biggest issue is getting it wet and it rotting out. I want to know what other do about this as i live in the PNW and it rains all the time. I put on a tarp when it sits when im not using it or in the winter. I want to know what others use...- tylee10
