State Parks in California you cannot climb trees as a private citizen just visiting the park. I would say though its less frowned upon on BLM or Forest Service land for sure. I think too at Municipal parks as long as your do lower hanging practice and just messing around with your ropework...
Next Time I am back at my parents place in CT, There's a huge tulip, that needs to be climbed. Its girth can rival the avg redwood out here. Although its 1/2 as tall. I miss nice big open branch structures of deciduous tree back east, so nice for fun climbing and easy to get into.

On ebay when you list an item you can choose how you send it. If you choose USPS Flate Rate Small Box and then type in the price of the shipping cost then your done. Then you bring the item to the post office, grab a flat rate box for free, and send it out and its where it needs to be in 2 days...
same with the hitch climber pulleys all 3 can fit in a small flat rate box and be anywhere in america in 2 days for $5.95.
You gotta adjust your shipping prices.
How are you charging $18 for shipping on the CMI ascender, that object cost 5.95 to ship nation wide in 2 days using a small flat rate box from the post office, and a medium box cost 8.95.... I'd be interested in bidding on it if the shipping cost was adjusted correctly. Thanks.
