And my collection is just that a collection I love those saws and CHOOSE to collect them it's nice to be able to AFFORD it! It may be a little I the large said but I enjoy having a huge collection to choose from.

the newest addition to my collection! The zubat 390mm! On sale on Amazon for $65 I bought 3 for the guys at work too. I took some of the different colored bolts off different saws so that we can distinguish who's is who's! I'm surprised they actually mix and match no problem from my Gomtaro and...
The Sugoi is nice I prefer the Sugowaza or the new Zubat 390! Which I actually just picked up yesterday! They are on sale for $65 on Amazon! I picked up 3 of them lol

I employ a crew of 4 guys and on my jobs I won't even allow another brand of hand saw to be used on ANYTHING! At the same time I purchased a silky for everyone of my guys. I give them the option of Sugoi 420, Ibuki 390, or Sugowaza 420. Primarily because they are the 3 best what I call wrecking...
The ONLY reason that anyone in the industry would use anything else is because of cost, and availability. U have to be a silky dealer in order to sell their products. In Massachusetts there are only 3 dealers. I know the zubat u can buy in more places. I have no idea why, I know my employer, has...
I wish u could just simply feel a piece of wood cut by my pocket boy 130 very fine teeth and my gunfighter 270. It's so unbelievably smooth! It feels as if it's been sanded down. It's the technology used by silky the way the teeth are, hand saws use the point of the tooth and friction to...
Instead of wasting an incredible amount of time on sharpening a hand (99% of the time it comes out like shit) just buy a replacement blade. U will not spend more than roughly $75 on some of the larger blades $30-$45 on smaller ones like the zubat 330. If u look at all my saws u will see little...
The stihl 020 and 261 are only what are used to climb once the branches are all cut and removed and we are dealing with a large statue we use either a stihl 044, 461, or 660 with a 3 foot bar we actually have 2 of the 660 one has the 3 foot bar the other has a 2 foot bar. I live in Massachusetts...
All of the best arborist I know climb with a stihl 020 or 261 climbing saws and a silky hand saw strapped to their calf or on their belt. The stihl their primary saw and the silky as their backup or a saw to make a quick cut with

Ton of money. Not uncommon to see yards with multiple ornamental trees all worth bare minimum $10,000. People pay big money to have them pruned perfectly! U wouldn't go anywhere near an ornamental tree in those areas with a chain saw unless u were removing it.

a cut made with one of my fine toothed pocket boys. One of 3 saws I use on my finish cuts the all are straight blades and all leave smooth cuts like that

I don't finish anything with a curved blade. My larger curved blade silky's are for doing 99% of the rough cuts and thick cuts but all my finish cuts are done with fine toothed straight blade

Anyone that spends more than one penny on something they could buy anywhere else is an idiot Sherrill tree is the biggest rip off out there especially on silky ANYTHING! not too mention their stock sux and staff are useless!

I almost never use a pole saw only in situations where I can avoid the damage climbing could do in order to hit stuff 10 feet off the ground I will use my pole saws but I very rarely do I think they are more of a pain in the ass than helpful

New I won't buy anything for my work used. Especially those. It's amazing when I go to silkysaws.com and compare the retail price to what u have to pay is amazing! Not too mention there are do many greats that silky only made for a short period and when silky stops the dealers dont carry them...
Its a common term most working class blue collar guys use to measure a certain degree of rich. It's actually not an insult it's a common basic jealousy term

Try the gunfighter for that it's a GREAT finish saw. Its one of my regular primary saws. 6 of them get used on every ornamental or fruit tree. And my gunfighter is one of those 6 it's what I do 90% of my finish cuts with and my purple pocket boy is what I use for my finish cuts on the smaller...
