I can't believe i'm just now following this thread! This is awesome. My splicing is limited to tenex and tenex only so this is right up my alley. Great ideas guys! Love it! Keep em coming. -Ben
Hey all,
Here is another pile of stuff that has to go. Nothing wrong with any of it, I just am done having two distinctly different brands of carabiners. The rope snap is brand new, the RW "stiffy" tether was used less than ten times. The Rock "pirate" biners are in excellent shape and one...
Hey guys,
Here's a pile of misc gear that I just don't use. The Croll is brand new as are a couple of the biners. The other biners are very lightly used and in great shape. Both Petzl chest straps are brand new as is the foot loop. The The aluminum snap is also in great shape. Make me...
All four of ours at home! Same midwife! Our 2 older girls (my step daughters) who are now 13 and 17 and my two young ones, 3 1/2 and 17 months. My wife is amazing! All 4 births were different (from what Ive heard after only being part of two of them) but all went flawless and fairly quick...
Once you have a class B all you have to do to make it an A is take a 20 question written and re do the drive test with an approved vehicle. any combination that is over 26,000 with a trailer GVW over 10,000 is acceptable. I did it with my chip truck and my dump trailer.
Here to! No way not to play by the rules in every way shape and form. We have so many DOT officials (weighmasters) out and about looking to get logging trucks that you cant fudge anything. I just got my class a (up from b) just so I could tow my 12k gvm trailer with my 22k (under cdl solo)...
Wow! It looks amazing with that new paint job! Nicely done. I see the price went up a bit over last listing LOL! Beautiful machine. Good luck David. -BEN
I have the Scarpa's. Great pruning boot, suck in spikes in my opinion. I have the Meindl's for winter and/or full days in the hooks. The scarpa's are not comfortable and don;t support the spurs well at all. Again, awesome pruning boot and such a great deal at treestuff right now. Remember...
We were actually doing aerial rescue training yesterday. We keep a small throwline pouch in the bucket at all times and a rescue kit in the truck. If the truck had a mechanical issue the operator just drops down the throw line and we send up the kit and saddle. I just have 80' of KMIII with a...
Hahaha! Other machines are definitely not on the table right now. Some good points brought up though. So, say I stay with the ASV RC-30, somebody said earlier that both the BMG (mini) and the BMG HD will work with it. Am I actually really gaining if I go with the HD as it adds so much more...
Ok, here is what i've got ..... I own a 2004 ASV RC-30 tracked skid steer. As you all know this is a tiny sit down skid but still has great power. It is however 46" wide. Won;t fit through a standard gate but will fit through fence posts with one panel removed. I am about to get a grapple...
In Oregon...... If the combination weight of the two parts (vehicle and trailer) is over 26,000 and the trailer is over 10,000 then its Class A. Even if the vehicle is under 26,000. Also very true about actual weight or weight ratings. Its either or. The trailer could only weigh 3000 but if...
Great video goodaking! I love this technique and can't wait to be more proficient at it. I should be able to "play" tomorrow afternoon. I'll let you all know how it goes. I think its day 5 for me! -BEN
