like explained in my very first post, the kelvlar knee reinforcement can and should b made into a knee pad pocket for the Arborwear ascender pants. U give ur customer another very useful feature without adding any production cost. That will also make the pants appealing to other communities...
I looked at their ascender and canopy pants and they don’t have the knee pad pockets. I absolutely have to have them especially for way out on a limb limb walking. I tried all kinds of knee pads over the years, never found the perfect pair. The insert idea sounds good to me. Any leads? Thx. Erwin
forgot to note that bashlins alum, with big buck wrap, With pole spurs, perfect combination! I was able to climb up a 6” top easily with bothe my feet in the wood.
First time using my new Big Buck Velcro on the also new bashlins alum today. I was never able to understand why people were even talking about wearing short hiking boots under their spurs all day, now I do! I might still get a new pair of powerliner high boots because I found them more...
I know I just have to strap it only leg when I’m not wearing spurs. But sometimes I wish I have a handsaw with my on spurs. This is how I do it and it worked perfectly with the buck Velcro pads. It still work when I changed to the big buck pads, just the angle is a little off. Any other ideas?
Good idea. will try that. The only concern is that way I might not be able to carry both machines on the same 12' dump since the plywood pile is 48". But, it might work since the front of the SC60TX can be rotated away to make room. will have to try to find out.
Just one improvement that I really need to do if I have time before the really really busy time is to weld a platform in the front of the dump trailer to carry a load of at least 30 pieces of 4x4 3/4’ plywood. Right now I have some 3x8 and I started to feel annoyed having to hand carry and lay...
front n back single straight tie down for the stumper. skid is only tied down at the rear, while heel plate of the grapple held the wall.
I'm very careful about intentional jackknifing. I'd only do it when I have a camera in the back of the truck like my 14' chip truck. unless it's an...
First time trying to load them together on my 12’ dump trailer, worked well with only a few inches to spare, to the walls an each other. Don’t think could’ve done it without the remote control though.
My opinion Vermeer is no longer the same Vermeer anymore. The sc60tx and ctx100 put them among the best. They r trying to ask for top dollar as DW, but sometimes they r not that confident they they’ll get it. That’s why I got a deal of century.
I assume that they at least Gave u either a bucket or a pair of forks, right? If not, I’ll feel really bad for u.
The reason I got a deal is the sales manager quoted me in the middle of winter at the time I wasn’t going to buy. The sales guy won’t believe me when I told him. But after checking...
