    RopeRunner Pre-Order

I've been enjoying the RR a lot. It's all I've climbed on since it came in the mail last month. I've used it for big pruning, removals and some tricky stuff that I was kinda debating on going rope wrench on but decided to put my faith into the new tool. Thanks for the loner model Frank. It was...

    RopeRunner Pre-Order

At the company I work for the majority of the us climbers work SRT. RWs and HHs. The boss let us order a RR to try out and also have on hand to use at SRT classes we host at Morris Arboretum. My plan was to order one for myself and just try the company's one out. If it wasn't for me, I'd just...

Components of a Self-Advancing Knee Ascender (SAKA)

The cord attached above the small Kong ascender is the bungee part. I just clip that and my RW set-up into a small carabiner on a neck lanyard. Runs real smooth. Nice small/medium steps and hands above the system. Waiting on a rope runner. That's gonna be the game changer...

Tree motion mods-twin bridges and suspenders

I have that same ocean poly as my bridge on same saddle. I'm using it only because we have a bunch at the workshop. Does anyone feel that that is not a good replacement cord for a bridge?

    Deadly Hanger

I was working next door to the Morris Arboretum last year and a deer had gotten it's head stuck in a very similar fence. ( I think i already mentioned this to you, "Sawdust"). Head arborist Herb got a car jack to bend the bars apart and the deer took off. Nice move!
