    I am okay with spending some money for something. It is better than thinking you can do a job then getting there and realizing your just out of reach with the crane, and that is going to make the job a real pain in the butt now.

    I am pretty good at judging where a tree will land. One of the things I would find most useful I think is gauging if I can reach a tree with the crane.

    The Kubota that you posted earlier is made by Giant. It is the same loader that branch manager sells. Unless your main point was about the 0% financing... That I do not know if Giant offers...

    By the way, I'm still running that Avant/ Gehl al20 I bought off you several years ago. We absolutely love it! My debate is what's to get as a slightly larger replacement... I actually think the Cast loaders have good specs... I was sort of hoping the Rayco loader would be even better than them.

    That is super impressive! have you found the plastic body panels to be an issue? it seems like you would have to be very careful all the time or they would get broken up... We are not abusive to our equipment but over the years our metal panels have been dented and banged up.

    I'm really surprised to hear that the Avant can lift more. My understanding is the Rayco had an 1800 lb rated capacity, and weighs about 3800 lb.     From what I have found the tipping capacity on my Gehl is 1400 lb. The tipping capacity on the telescoping boom 254 Giant is 2,000 lb. (My loader has a telescoping boom as well) I actually don't know if I could get a load any closer to the pins with the forks that I can with the branch manager...
