    Oh yeah good idea. I could just do one f those either end and have the buries meet up. I’ll maybe get a bit of 16 mm rex and whip something up with that. I am quite fond of the termination knots though, I can keep the sling short-ish without any need for spliced and whipping.

    Thanks for the help everyone, decided to add a ring onto my bridge and use a petzl william so I am fit the bulky fisherman knot, pulley and wrench all on the top. The swivel and ring are a bit annoying when they ring but who cares

    I use a wrench a lot on a swivel and rock O. Whenever I want to use 10mm cord with double fisherman’s the carabiner gets a bit full. This will normaly create two different hazards: eye of hitch falling down the spine of Biner, and the opposite eye rubbing the barrel of the biner. The problem...

    Yeah pretty much, just bottom out the whoopie and then I can only throw it over a branch, the prusik idea looks good though. Should I use T. rex or a double braid? Which could work better as a prusik I’m thinking double braid

    That’s sounds like a good idea, I could get 1/2 rigging rope and make a sliding fisherman’s, tie a prusik and then I’d have two rings with and still have adjustability of the whoopie. Tats a great idea you’ve came up with there

That’s what I’ll use most of the time but if i need a better radius for say some heavy rigging with bigger rope; I can just take my spare ring and close the whoopie in on it to make a ring and ring friction...

    I got about 6m. Made a whoopie and I’ve got a spare large ring I can use to choke up on with the whoopie to make a rig and ring :)) works great thanks for the reply, was just unsure about the bend radius on out 14mm rigging rope

    I have a beast ring and some 3/4 t-rex. The question is: can I splice JUST the beast on to the hard end of a whoopie or would the bend radius be too sharp for a 14mm rope that we use. Thanks in advance
