Yeah, you really did snap on that issue! (I hear there are some great anger management courses you can take for that.) I am sure that your cocky climber has found an employer who recognizes true talent when he sees it- and is willing to pay for it. Can't us tree guys all just get along? :)...- topcrotch

What's even worse than all that is when you are a really experienced and motivated climber who likes to bang out the work in half the time; so that everyone can call it a day early - (allowing your boss to collect the same amount of money as he would if you busted your butt for a full eight...- topcrotch
