    I have always wanted to grow a tree from acorn, so I planted acorns from two trees I thought were pretty, naively assuming they were simply "red oaks". After doing some research, I have deduced they are not Northern Red Oaks or Pin Oaks, but still may be Shumard Oak, Scarlet Oak, Texas Red Oak...
