the newest addition to my collection! The zubat 390mm! On sale on Amazon for $65 I bought 3 for the guys at work too. I took some of the different colored bolts off different saws so that we can distinguish who's is who's! I'm surprised they actually mix and match no problem from my Gomtaro and...

    My Silky Collection

I employ a crew of 4 guys and on my jobs I won't even allow another brand of hand saw to be used on ANYTHING! At the same time I purchased a silky for everyone of my guys. I give them the option of Sugoi 420, Ibuki 390, or Sugowaza 420. Primarily because they are the 3 best what I call wrecking...

    My Silky Collection

The ONLY reason that anyone in the industry would use anything else is because of cost, and availability. U have to be a silky dealer in order to sell their products. In Massachusetts there are only 3 dealers. I know the zubat u can buy in more places. I have no idea why, I know my employer, has...

    My Silky Collection

I wish u could just simply feel a piece of wood cut by my pocket boy 130 very fine teeth and my gunfighter 270. It's so unbelievably smooth! It feels as if it's been sanded down. It's the technology used by silky the way the teeth are, hand saws use the point of the tooth and friction to...

    My Silky Collection

Instead of wasting an incredible amount of time on sharpening a hand (99% of the time it comes out like shit) just buy a replacement blade. U will not spend more than roughly $75 on some of the larger blades $30-$45 on smaller ones like the zubat 330. If u look at all my saws u will see little...

    My Silky Collection

The stihl 020 and 261 are only what are used to climb once the branches are all cut and removed and we are dealing with a large statue we use either a stihl 044, 461, or 660 with a 3 foot bar we actually have 2 of the 660 one has the 3 foot bar the other has a 2 foot bar. I live in Massachusetts...

All of the best arborist I know climb with a stihl 020 or 261 climbing saws and a silky hand saw strapped to their calf or on their belt. The stihl their primary saw and the silky as their backup or a saw to make a quick cut with Sent from my MotoG3 using Tapatalk

Ton of money. Not uncommon to see yards with multiple ornamental trees all worth bare minimum $10,000. People pay big money to have them pruned perfectly! U wouldn't go anywhere near an ornamental tree in those areas with a chain saw unless u were removing it. Sent from my MotoG3 using Tapatalk

    My Silky Collection

I don't finish anything with a curved blade. My larger curved blade silky's are for doing 99% of the rough cuts and thick cuts but all my finish cuts are done with fine toothed straight blade Sent from my MotoG3 using Tapatalk

    My Silky Collection

I almost never use a pole saw only in situations where I can avoid the damage climbing could do in order to hit stuff 10 feet off the ground I will use my pole saws but I very rarely do I think they are more of a pain in the ass than helpful Sent from my MotoG3 using Tapatalk
