Reading this makes me recall the pain….I have a high tolerance for pain, but this shit sucks. It hurt to get myself dressed today…. Can anyone recommend someone who’s selling well built echos?
Some relief from a two part kitchen sink.
Ice water in half, as cold as you can tolerate.
Hot water in the other half, as warm as you can tolerate.
X3 per day
elbows in for 5min per temp
Ending in warm, total time ~30 min.
I tried the compression bands, which had a little bubble to target the tendons. They didn’t help directly, but indirectly it was a reminder that my body is broken and not to over exert. Wearing a zip up or button up partly undone to use as a sling to rest the elbow whenever possible. Just don’t over do that as movement is good too.
When the inflammation is there, the most subtle thing can trigger a ‘setback’..
