Mobile mini crane

Here’s their ad for the demo tour maybe see where they’re headed you could check one out. I’m heavily leaning towards a c10 at this time myself once I’m ready to take on another payment. After working with at @oceans c10 it’s a super compact and capable unit pound for pound it really is in a class all its own. My area is loaded with jobs I can see daily that a crane that size could do soo much in the tight and heavily landscaped properties I encounter.

The Hoeflon C10 is really in a class all its own. Pound for pound, nothing else comes close to its chart without weighing another 8,000 pounds.

I looked at mine for 2 years on the TCI show floor before finally taking the plunge. It was the first one in the US and the forst one used for tree work based on what the dealer told me and what I could find on line. It was a risk, but during the year before buying it, I walked around jobs with a range finder and started getting tree height and radius readings that I could imaginarily overlay on the C10 chart. That’s what gave me the confidence to buy it and I’m glad I did.

It’s not gonna be for every market based on tree size, but it’s been great here. Plus, at the time, I didn’t have my CDL. There were ZERO under CDL truck mounted comparisons for the price, and truck mounted couldn’t get me into back yards or buildings. The C10 could do it all and get me into the game until I got my Class A. Overall, it’s been a game changer for me.

I was just checking them out and Martin sent me email quote I’m not quite ready….yet

My pop loved all the new equipment! Got an issue of tree trader to his house till the day , well let’s just say there’s probably still one hanging around by the water closet. When I came home with a SPIDERLIFT that really got him going! Man climbed on a taughtline hitch for 60 years. No bucket trucks nothing! I’d bet mobile mini crane mind blown!! One day he will be shining down watching his grandson run one of them too Haa!
Looked at few jobs this week easy money track mobile mini crane style! I can brush out a tree with expedience, but even just for taking those log picks around the obstacles compared to span or neg rigging down the wood then having to move it from where it lands game changer

I can just see your next generation here on the Buzz, talking to mine…laughing that we climbed on an Bulldog Bone for 60 years! Haha!

That’s the ticket. I remember feeling great after brushing out a tree by lunch only to feel like the job came to a screeching halt trying to manage the trunk wood over all the immovable targets.

The C10 almost flips that on its head. Balancing leads takes a bit more time than a couple quick chokes on a trunk.

And yes, I have even forwarded logs across a site with it. Priceless that you can load the truck too. That little crane is close to a do-all multi-tool for residential tree removal as you can get.
