"Back in the day" gigging in the Boston local scene, 73' Fender Precision, Ampeg SVT, two fifteens stacked in a vertical cab. Classic for the early 80's ;-) Way more power than actually needed most of the time but hella' fun and sounded very good..

Thats coming out on the next Kinisi model - it's going to be called the Interstellar Option (the gravity equations did work out after all) - your ropes will work in reverse to hold you down to the tree's base. Talk about changing the climbing paradigm to . . . descension maintenance?
(New thread in Awakenings - unfortunately NORAD recently spotted a lone Interstellar Harness Option tester who failed to use a Yosemite on their bowline tie down knot . . . of course Chinese military expressed great concern about such arborist harness technology use in bordering countries due to the possibility of "Arborist Overflight" into their controlled airspace). Whole new ANSI Z133 section coming out (mandatory stopper knot now required on the TOP end of your access line). And now back to regular news programming . . . .

@rico , one thing I heard was that some of the webbing can be removed and replaced. If it’s ALL the webbing, that might actually mean a lower cost of ownership over time in that the guts are replaceable rather than ditching the entire saddle at the manufacturer’s suggested life-time interval. Maybe this is true or maybe not…still gonna go for one. I think they really nailed it again when I wasn’t even sure that was possible.
at the point where you would switch out the „internal“ webbing, the belting material(with all them little slots and holes) is probably worn out.

Looking at wesspurs description it’s the upper bridge rise which is replaceable. It looks as if the upper suspension is anchored with a removable pin on the red component which meets the d ring.

We came in the back so not bad. The Ampeg head is like a chunk of lead ;-) Never any money in a Rat gig, by the time everyone took their cut nothing for the bands no matter how full the house was ;-)

Good question that I have too. What suspenders are you wanting to run? I was thinking the Monkey Beaver TM version. Just got my Kinisi yesterday. Looks super sweet!

Those don't hold up well over time to something as demanding as suspenders.
The red loop on the back of the Kinisi looks like the rear suspender attachment point.
On the front upper riser rings there appears to to be a "slot" for a front suspender attachment on each side (red ring below):

That does look like a promising place to thread in some suspenders. Almost looks like they are working on dialing their own, and have designed in the attachment points already

I hope they do come out with some purpose built suspenders for this saddle. I've really grown accustomed to wearing suspenders over the last several years and like that they can serve double duty as an SRT/SRS tending point. I don't want to purchase a dedicated chest harness just for that. The MB or the Camp suspenders look like they'd mate up fairly well.

I think so. It would be worth sending DMM a message and ask for clarification on what their plans are for Kinisi suspenders. I can't imagine what else the ring slots would be for, the positions are perfect for a suspender setup.
The Teufleberger Tree Motion suspenders match up well to the double front and single back attachment points, seeing them online for anywhere from $99-$114 U.S. No shoulder padding on those but there are so many tree climbing harness suspender options out there with a double front/single back design, from minimal to max'd out shoulder pads, all the bells and whistles.
