Once I posted this I went back thru the thread and found it. Next time!Basil Hayden is good but I don't understand their pricing for 80 proof stuff. The other Jim Beam premiums like Knob Creek and Baker's give way more bang for the buck
I think, from my very limited understanding, is that as long as it's properly sealed it won't continue to ferment. Not really sure though!I know how beer finishes in the bottle, but what happens to the whiskey? I thought that if it keeps fermenting after being sealed in the bottle, that it would carbonate it.
