@VenasNursery) posted a corned beef picture this year, I’ll take on the responsibility.
Nothing exciting, just six pounds of corned beef brisket, five pounds of white potatoes, two large cabbages, and one pound of baby carrots. Simmered the works adding things progressively across about three hours, then pulled the beef and let it rest before carving it and mixing it all together again.
Tastes good, but I need to either season the beef myself next time, or add some extra seasoning to the pot, it could have been a bit stronger for my taste.
