I am selling pretty much everything except my personal climbing equipment, a few hand tools, Milwaukee M18 tools (wiiling to sell them if you have or want Milwaukee tools), and Ford E350 work vehicle (but I will sell the E350 if you want it). The price tag is $60,000. I don't really want to piece it out or go into lengthy descriptions of each item on this forum. If you want to consider buying, DM me for my phone number and we will talk. I've found comparables for the chipper, mini skid, and trailer and have priced everything based on those:
$16k for the 2016 75xp bandit chipper with extra knives, bolts, and torque wrench. It's ready to keep working with no sign of issues. About 200 hrs. on it. It's really nice.
$10k for the U Dump brand dump roll off trailer as is with definite issues that need fixing so I'm not wanting to sell it without a detailed disclaimer. Also, it is fixable and its new 2022 model is very expensive. It's a 2005 with 2017 bin that holds 16 yards. All new tires and wheels. New hydraulic pump, old winch. The 10k price is based on what I believe its value is "as is". Rolled off, the mini skid hinge pin is just above the level of the bin, so I can side load with medium-sized logs to top it off after back loading large trunks and 12 foot long brush. It is rated for a bit more, but my vehicles have been limited to 10k lbs. and I've hauled more pruning brush than complete trees due to my business model and the cheap bins you can order up from debris haulers in our area. This trailer is great for in-house jobs where you can't justify subbing the debris hauling. Obviously, you can buy more bins and keep multiple job sites active.
$18k for the 2011 Ditch witch sk650 mini skid with four attachments (forks, bucket, stump grinder, bmg). ~3000hrs on whole machine, ~1000 hrs on engine and turbo. New front rollers, new front grille, tracks have lots of life left. It has a squeaky belt above half throttle that I have not gotten around to tightening. The mini goes for long periods of time without repairs, but also needs repairs at times. I have invested a *lot* of repair money in it that someone else will not have to, but they will need to invest repair money in it too.
$5000 woodmizer dh4000 kiln in 20 foot container. It cost me $600 to transport 15 miles two years ago. You need to transport it, and a clever person would load it with all the tree gear...
$11000 - Other stuff - several saws (MS661, MS880, Echo 2511t, others too), 10 Alturna "clear" mats with diamond tread on one side for easy loading, cabling and bracing hardware/drill bits, various rigging ropes/rings/pulleys, 2 hasagawa tripod ladders (12' and 16' - I am keeping a 6 foot), tree health gear (including arborjet quickjet air injection kit), etc. I'm keeping my climbing saddle, personal climbing kit (helmet, rope, spurs, ascenders, etc., excluding climbing saw which I am selling because Milwaukee came out with a top handle and I want to leave gas behind if I climb again), and a single 1/2" rigging line. I'm keeping my Milwaukee tools unless you want to specifically buy one, more, or all of them (e.g. grease gun for chipper and trailer). I'm keeping a pair of loppers, two hand saws, a 6 foot tripod ladder, and two fancy hand pruners. I am keeping a long-term loan Air Knife to repatriate to its owner.
There is gear I'm just not listing - Stein arbor trolley, heavy duty tongs, diameter tape, soil compaction tester, innactive powerheads, chainsaw chain sharpeners, etc. If it is tree business related, it is part of the package.
I'm not sure how a person would not get the value out of all of this at the $60k price point, so price is firm. I get one-stop selling convenience, you get a very solid deal.
