'Firmageddon': Researchers find 1.1 million acres of dead trees in Oregon

Nevertheless, This is a major major breakthrough for the U.S. and the World.
And we just can't stop here with this researches . So we can be able to look our kids , grand kid's streight to their eye, humbly say that we are more than aware of the changes , and honestly say we tried to do the best we could with what we know how to for the next generations to come. And that's what we are here for now and that's what we are as human being.
...
Agreed!

Though I don't know how anybody could honestly say that we "did our best" without supporting current fission technologies. Reprocessing of fuel leaves very little waste. As it is, nobody will start building a new plant in the US because one political change can stop a project that they've invested hundreds of millions of dollars into...too bad. That is our current best answer to our cleanest energy source.

Even that guy I referenced isn't opposed to fusion research and is hopeful it will work one day. He would say he's just a realist because he understands the science better than most.

In the meantime, we watch our forests and world going through drastic changes. While they always have...and always will, a million acres impacted at once in a relatively small area is obviously scary!

I agree . But it's like being in a war. The war for our survival as humankind , world wide ... It's doesn't really matter how much we are going to spend on . Someone has to come up with it and if don't then some one will and we need to follow them and needs to pay them for using their technology . Like developing Nuclear bomb race which took place in end of WW2 . If we couldn't come up with it then our entire existence was all at the stake. Can you imagine Nazi Hitler was our head of the country ? C'mon ...it's gonna be worse than Trump that I can tell you that flat out. LoL
But this time , our entire human race existence is at stake.
In a end , we all on board of a massive ship called Titanic. The captain shouldn't be sipping tea on a lazy boy chair , night watch boy should be looking out and detect any dangers ahead , but musicians should be keep playing musics to keep passengers calm and make it look like nothing it's happening but make sure everything is informed and make us all aware of it's situations, unlike hiding that COVID was a airborne disease .
In our daily regular level we just needs to be much tighter on how we handle trash and garbages , driving with good route with out wasting on mpg, use gas instead of charcoal for BBQ , use small scale wind mill turbine for power sources, ( solar panels are great but its actually pollutes more at other side of the world and great financial earning opportunity only for China and greedy middle men here at states ) keep raising our voices against how Chinese govs is doing with thier coal consumptions and it's pollutions but do not blame it's Chinese national people. They are just following what that govs are forcing them to do., etc. If we press that point then they gonna raise their prices on their goods they ship out . Then we simply switch it's manufacturing partner country to others, educate them , help them to be at good technical skill levels there are plenty of other countries who can do better and cheaper and waiting to be better economy than now. If that's too much to handle for funding then we'd just switch back to rely on Japanese to make goods again. I remember back then even a simple stuff that China S.Korea produces now were made waay much better in quality and much sturdier and durable than now a days goods from China & S.Korea together obviously we already know and all aware of that . Enough of this mumbo jumbo mind controllings thru mass medias and social networks with Chinese net warriors, S.Korean cherry on top b.s acts . Resulting products that we gets here & the numbers of GOP, the rapid military powers in past decades tells us all crystal clear they aren't up for what they portrays as themselves. Don't let us deceived , don't be fooled by them once again.
