Covid Close To You

I sincerely wish all who believe in the absolute safety of the current vaccine/booster recommendations the very best of health.

Personally I believe there is much that is not being told.

What is being left out of the videos you posted are the following points being stated plainly and together, so all can hear them.
1- There is increased risk of endocarditis for young men who get the vaccine.
2- That risk is extremely low.
3- The risk of endocarditis is higher from having a Covid infection with associated immune response for an unvaccinated young man.
When viewed together, these lead me personally to a clear conclusion. The data for all this stuff is still new and I'm sure it will evolve as this has only been with us for a few years. I appreciate skepticism myself, but I feel strongly that skepticism in the absence of a full picture of the current data is less useful, and borders on ideology. I don't believe in the "absolute safety" of anything. Having said that, I take you at your word that you wish good health to those of us who got and will get the vaccine so thanks for that. I wish the same to those who choose not to get vaccinated.

2- That risk is extremely low...

One in 3-to-5 thousand is not considered extremely rare and how many people have even heard about this?

This statement is exactly the point that Dr. Prasad is trying to make. He is most definitely not anti-vaccine and is, in fact, extremely well informed and qualified on this subject.

.02% actually strikes me as pretty rare. I'll try to put together a more substantive reply, but I don't discredit your concerns. I just have a different interpretation of risk. And as for who knows about this, I was just listening to an hour long segment on this exact subject on NPR a few days ago so the knowledge is there for those who want it.

Apparently long Covid is the unpleasant after effect risk sometimes neglected by people.. Quite a significant stat for the amount of people that get it. Lingering cough for months, myocarditis, reduced mental function and a bunch of stuff I didn't pay enough attention to to remember. I have a number of perpetually coughing customers. Hope I don't join the club. More of a risk to older folks, 50's 60's.

It's very unpredictable in terms of how it affects different people. I had it around Christmas 2021, confirmed later by bloodwork from a physical in, maybe Feb, 2022. Wicked sore throat for 2 days, but after that, just coughing up mucous for 2 weeks. More like bronchitis. No fever, dizziness, weakness, shortness of breath. Just spittin' up. Now just Oct. 27 I got the same, again. about 9 days of productive cough, but feeling more or less fine despite that, except fudda very first night. (This time, not sure if it wa COVID) But my buddy's wife, she had 103° fever, horrible debilitating cough; too bad to even speak sometimes. (Fair to say she also suffers from asthma)

One of my best friends just got it, he was too weak and 'out of it' to work, or even drive. He had all the energy sapped from his body... dizzy, feverish, weak, tired.

And these different people, we run the gamut from vaxxed & boosted 6 ways till Sun to not vaxxed @ all. Could B different strains...

I also have heard of a few persons that died, directly from friends & loved ones.

And yeah, just re-watched CONTAGION about a week ago on Tubi and man was that a headtrip seeing it now in late 2022. Steven Soderburgh - he's so excellent

I know,I know, nobody has the time to watch something like this. Far too many more important things to do. That's fine and I get it.

However, I make the time to get information on subjects that can either benefit or harm myself or those that I care about. I don't do that by reading or listening to random glory-seekers on the internet, but people with the knowledge and credentials to back up what they say.

In order to skip the prolog, I have tried to set the link to start at about 41min. Watch if you want, no sweat if you don't.

Very interesting. He's giving stats in a way I've always tried to find but couldn't easily parse through the data. Absolute vs relative benefit are WAY different animals. I'm going to do some more investigation of the data on my own in the future before I hold out my arm!

I just got vaxxed by getting sick. Can't breathe right, am a reduced version of my old self, but hey eventually I hope to recover. Try it on for size, maybe you'll like it better than I do. Upside - not hospitalized .

Yeah I'm grumpy.

I've kept up with all the available data and it is quite unflattering to the health agencies and vaccine/drug producers.

Watch/listen/read what Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Paul Marik have been saying, they are the most published doctors in their fields who actually treat many patients on the frontlines and have had superb results with their treatments with re-purposed drugs. They have videos on Bitchute and Rumble as pharma backed forces have gotten them censored elsewhere. Also read top journalist Alex Berenson who worked at the NY Times for many years, on Substack and Twitter, he is very careful in his assertions. He was kicked off Twitter, sued and found the Biden admin was behind efforts to shut him down, he's back on after the suit was settled.

I want to trust the government but it has become crystal clear that they sold out. Senators and Congressman have not been meeting with constituents in open forums blaming covid and January 6--they are are cowards and feckless. Pharma especially when shielded from lawsuits as now are shameless and evil. We learned that from the opioid epidemic and so many others.

I don't disagree that large companies are often amoral and immoral, as are many politicians. I just don't look for conspiracies in everything. Some things are just what they are.

Not a "conspiracy" when all the incentives are moving toward pushing something with the media being paid over a billion in 2021 to push the vaccines and no liability. If you have zero economic benefit in challenging something and on the other side there is nothing but benefit the conflicts of interest are only on the one side.

What took down Vioxx were lawsuits as much as the company tried to fight them or shield themselves. J and J has sought bankruptcy protection; Purdue Pharma same thing, stall, fight file bankruptcy after hundreds of thousands of deaths from their products. Now we have drug makers wrapping themselves in immunity protections from the government.

Imagine a tree service with liability protection, properties get damaged, people get hurt, no liability! What company wouldn't want to work without fear of injury lawsuits?

There is too much at stake for them to end the emergency; ie legal liabilities. A bunch of countries have ended any mandates especially for the young and investigations are under way. Journalist Alex Berenson is a good one to follow on his Substack and Twitter; also Dr. Robert Malone on Gettr. I believe most people are tired of what happened in 2020-21, time to let the lawyers and prosecutors do their jobs.

Take it easy for sure. There are some interesting stats coming out with long COVID, and I don’t have the sources on hand. I find them credible personally.. It’s appearing that more times you get this nasty bug the higher the risk of long COVID.
