Customer mapping options??

I am looking for a CRM option that has several specific features. We are a small company with three guys on the crew and one person in the office. I'm always with the crew on the jobs. We do not do fertilizing or any shrub care, just tree removal, trimming and stump grinding. In looking at different CRM softwares it appears that some of them definitely have way, way more features than we would ever use.

Currently we use QuickBooks online for accounting and billing, and we have been using Google "my maps" to map out all of our customers. Using Google my maps actually works out really well except they seem to be reducing the number of features, and it appears I can no longer share the map between the office and my cell phone.

I did really like how we could create a map layer for estimates, then drop different color pins to indicate if the customer wanted to meet in person or not, and put the description of the job on each pin.

Then we created additional layers for pending estimates, scheduled jobs, etc. And we're able to use different color pins on the map to help keep track of what was scheduled for the current week etc. It was very useful to be able to just pull up the estimates layer and drive around and do all my estimates. Or, when scheduling jobs, pull up the accepted jobs layer and working through what jobs were next on the list also seeing what jobs maybe in the vicinity that we could throw in if we were already going to be in their neighborhood.

I am hoping to find a small company CRM software that would have a similar map interface, does anyone have any suggestions?

The other thing I would want is for it to be able to sync with QuickBooks online.

I think Jobber will do what you are looking for. It will do it a little differently than you are accustomed to doing, but it should do what you’re looking for.

Is there any way you and I could talk on the phone a little bit about how jobber works for you? (Assuming you use it?)

Sure, not a problem. We do use Jobber, every day. I will send you a PM with my cell phone, just give me an idea when you might want to call and I’m sure we can make it work.

Hello Gareth's Tree,

My name is Tyler with Arborgold Software. Have you had a chance to review our software? All the features you are looking for in a software come included in our starter package, which several smaller companies have seen benefits from using the features including our Quickbooks integration.. Would you be interested in talking to me or someone on our staff for a demo to see if Arborgold is a good fit for your business?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you,
Tyler
