Can you trust anything the press spins on this situation? Russia doesn't want Nato weapons in Ukraine so close to their backyard. That is much like the US pressing Russia to pull nukes out of Cuba in 1962. But here the press is pointing the finger at Putin for such terrible aggressions. They didn't make a peep ()other than acting as a pathological pro-war propaganda machine) when Bush and Cheyney attacked Iraq in a "pre-emptive war". WTF was that. And there has never been a congressional hearing on where the intelligence went wrong. These evil psychopathic leaders want constant war. It's a huge cost to the American people, and will likely bankrupt the country while enriching a few very wealthy war profiteers. The $2.4 trillion spent on the Iraq war made some people VERY RICH.

Then of course there are the approximately 50 million others that US foreign aggressions have likely killed post WW2. It's a long list.. Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia, East Timor, Chile, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Iraq, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Zaire, Philippines, Peru, Suadi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, Nigeria.

Russia doesn't want Ukraine to join NATO.. how many countries has the US invaded and conducted black ops in to "stop the spread of communism". We killed 3 million in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, murdered doctors, nurses, school teachers, and labor leaders in Nicaragua, designed the overthrow of democratically elected governments across the globe, so that capitalist exploitation of the natural and human resources of these countries could go on reaping huge profits for US corporations. The Iraq war cost 2.4 trillion and killed 600,000 civilians. It was based on falsified intelligence and created a new precedent of "pre-emptive war". And what did the press do about it.. they beat the war drums from fox to npr. And then when the lies were exposed, Colin Powell took the fall, but Congress didn't even bother to call a hearing on where the intelligence went bad. War is a great distraction. This whole country is being run by the cabal/deep state. They are going to bankrupt the country just to steal more trillions for themselves. Kennedy was the last president to stand up to the intelligence community and they killed him. My eyes are open. Fk Ukraine. Let's put Fauci on trial for crimes against humanity.

 
Before you go off about Putin, let's put Bush and Cheyney on trial for crimes against humanity. Jimmy Carter should be tried and shot if you apply the rules of Nuremberg to his presidency. You are living in a fantasy. America, land of the free and home of the brave.... while the truth is that the US is the greatest terrorist organization in the world.
 
did you hawks go for the WMD lies in 2001? How about the Gulf of Tonkin? Do you know the story of the attack on the USS Liberty, much like the bombing of the Maine. Even Pearl Harbor was designed by Roosevelt, who should have been tried for treason and mass murder. He knew the attack was coming and withheld that information from the pacific fleet commanders. ANd thanks evo for the spelling lesson. I really needed that

I'm guessing you didn't see Putin's prewar address in which he uses Ukrainian "militarization" and "nazism" as a justification for invading their sovereign nation. If you had you would understand that the madman known as Putin, and Putin alone, is responsible for what might happen next. Huge death tolls, a large global economic downturn, a massive refugee and humanitarian crisis, and the very real possibility of a 3rd world war..

I can understand your distain for some of America's past sins, but to use them as some sort of pass for Putin's current evil actions is kinda fucked up bro.

While I AM no fan of Putin, I find it ironic that you are willing to support going to war with Russia over an illegal invasion, when the US didn't even hold congressional hearings on how the intelligence went wrong in Iraq. And the press is complicit in both fomenting war and failing to call for accountability from leaders that started illegal wars. The bible says, before you point out the splinter in your neighbor's eye, get the log out of your own. We haven't even looked in the mirror. I don't know the politics and history between Russia and Ukraine, but I do know that this war is a perfectly timed distraction to keep those responsible for the plandemic shielded from responsibility. And at the same time another boon for the monied interests and war profiteers... You are suckers

I’m opposed to a war with Russia, but also very opposed to Russia overtaking Ukraine. A population of 40+ MILLION people. Their lives are at stake.
This is a war, a propaganda war, a proxy war, and a war to over throw the Ukrainian government and people. Hopefully this will not be a nuclear war, or the start of ww3. This is a very sensitive situation with huge ramifications, let’s stop slinging mud, pouring fuel on the fire and give this the consideration and respect it deserves.

Ww2? Collapse of Soviet Union? Expansion of Nato? Poisoning of Ukrainian leader? Colour revolution? Demonization of Russian speaking half of country? Yesterday?

Does anybody recognize that the country is a strategic prize being used in a US quest for maintaining US domination of Europe and Russia?
 
The U.S. policies have been and continue to be shaped by the influence of the military industrial complex. The U.S. military spending is more than China, Russia, India, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Japan, South Korea and Australia COMBINED. Our politicians are no doubt reliant on the deep pockets of military contractors to meet their huge fundraising targets. (As well as Big Pharma, Big Oil, etc.)

However, any wrongs committed by the U.S. don't make Russia's wrongs right. IMHO, the "but-what-aboutisms" concerning the U.S. have no bearing on the righteousness of Russia's actions.

I do find it interesting that NATO was formed in 1949 to counter the Soviet Union threat, yet after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, NATO continued right along.

don't take it personally if it doesn't apply.. maybe I should add... and you know who you are. I was strongly opposed to Bush 43 invasion of Iraq. I heard Dick Clarke give a speech right as the WMDs story was falling apart. He was Clinton's terrorism czar and on the Clinton Bush transition team At the first meeting with Bush, Bush asked how long before you can have plans for an attack and invasion of Iraq on the table. That was day 1. The war was pre-planned and scripted. And the media went off beating the war drums universally. Those lies cost 2.4 trillion which is almost twice the entire student debt of this country. That amount of debt threatens the entire economy with collapsing the monetary system. Trump said that invading Iraq was the worst mistake made by any US president, and I AGREE 100%. Yet there wasn't one intelligence officer that lost his or her job. What does that tell you? They didn't lose their job, because they did their job of tricking the people into another war. And still no hearings on where the intelligence went wrong.


If you didn't understand and see that one coming... If you didn't know from the get-go that the WMDs story was a complete fabrication designed to sell a pre-determined war to the American people, then include yourself on the list of "suckers". And what's worse is that you still didn't learn from it. You are easily fooled and tricked into war. Is the US the policeman of the world? Is it our obligation to stand up for Ukraine? NO.. if this turns into a war, it's because it was pre-planned and is making some war profiteers a lot of $$$. And of course, there are secondary benefits to the ruling elites and monied interests, but it's us, the working people that are paying the prices. When the bill comes due, its going to mean cuts in education, social services and health care etc, while the rich get tax breaks and the working man gets screwed.

How about we clean up the mess from the last war before we start another? The deep state, including the intelligence services, are making policy. Just look at Biden. Do you really think that man is running this country? He can barely speak in full sentences. There is no way he has the mental capacity to run this country. So that begs the question well if he's not, who is?
 
russia also has a military industrial complex. Just because we have bloodthirsty greedy mother fuckers in this country doesnt mean Putin isnt a drug and weapons dealer who loves money and a ridiculously opulent lifestyle who loves power and attention.

I got an Uber ride from a Syrian guy several few years ago. He was adamant that Putin was the real deal and that the US was not taking him seriously to the detriment of the globe. He was like Iran whatever, North Korea? nah, China? nah. "Putin though that guy is coldblooded and doesnt give a fuck" Russia owns syria


Daniel, imagine Cheney in absolutr power for 22 years with absolutely no one around him to tell him no.
