How does Coronavirus COVID-19 alter our workflow?

How is it with climbing/PPE equipment availability in US? I just tried to order some equipment from a shop in Germany I've used before, and got reply that practically everything is sold out and they are not getting new shipments for instance from Petzl until at least June. It appears that factories were closed somewhere in March and stocks are currently sold out.

Is it similar in US, or is new equipment available normally?

So far as I am aware, new equipment is available as normal here. Or at least, I have not been told of any shortages, and a friend of mine owns a gear store.
 
Been very busy till end of last week, we do almost 100% high end residential customers. It feels much fewer calls coming in this entire week, fearing the worst. How do u guys do?

7 weeks out on removals and 3 weeks on bids!!!!
4 weeks out on installation
But we are small 1 removal and pruning crew 1 sales and installation crew
Better than I thought
Everyone is staying home and improving their property
