How does Coronavirus COVID-19 alter our workflow?

Take that Thieves Oil and add a little Tea Tree Oil to it and you have a very powerful natural antibacterial/antifungal.
I just might do that. It sounds like quite the concoction, even without the TTO....

Trumpty should brew some up.... now if he accidentally got some strychnine in the mix...??? J/K.... bad joke? Yeah...... Trump does seem to get a lot of....trim....or did...

Tea tree oil, cedar, sage, eucalyptus oil, using a diffuser.... all great air sanitizers. I'm not a huge fan of aroma therapy, but from personal experience, especially after a climb, I feel a stronger sense of well being, sharpness, focus, etc. maybe there's a lot more to this than just scented air freshener.

No doubt forest aromatics are a good thing. My basic theory is that tree climbing mobilizes so many body systems from core and "peripheral" muscles, cardio-pulmonary systems, brain activity around 3-dimensional problem solving in trees, general well being (if you're not always chewing yourself up on monster take-down jobs) from just chilling in the forest canopy, nature interaction, and on and on. It's a win-win for the body and psyche and if you'r e doing everything else reasonably right like a decent varied diet and enough sleep, good relationships and social interactions, then... you're probably in good enough shape to ride the Covid-19 wave.

Trevor Noah does the best impression of Trump's creepy/breathy "soft voice" that I've ever heard. I will be glad when we have a President who doesn't sound like a 4th-grader giving a book report when he addresses the nation.

Anyone know if the gov sick leave bail out will apply to owners? Don’t worry y’all Trumpy has your back, soon to implement nation wide martial law

Nuff said. Testing my ass.

Combined with our current infection rate graph, which is beginning to look much like China's and Italy's, and we could be in for an utterly overwhelmed healthcare system....

Dont worry though because Walmart has agreed to setup a test site in the corner of their MEGA parking lot, and Donny has assured us that the masks are on order, and the check is in the mail....

Honestly, who gives a shit about testing? I mean, other than statistical/record keeping what’s the point? If I come down with a hella cough in the next few weeks, I’m just gonna assume I have it. I’m not going to get tested, cuz there ain’t no cure anyway.

Governor of Maryland said as much today. If your state has 20 cases then testing makes sense. If your state has 100,000 cases, well.....

And since they keep telling us that people with no symptoms whatsoever can be already infected and transmissive, good luck containing that. How about we all just man up and pretend we’re the guy in the movie that doesn’t panic. And if you have young kids maybe turn off the damn news.

Yeah, I mean.. it's not like they need data to track/follow how diseases spread, which people are most prone to catching the disease, dying from it, developing "in the wild" resistance, or most likely to not have a reaction to early versions of vaccines as they reach human testing, which ones are having mild symptons, which ones should seek immediate medical attention, or any of that other science bullshit. Such data is completely worthless for developing intelligent ways of dealing with a pandemic, just ask the CDC... I'm sure they'll say that testing is a dumb idea.

I miss the days when a guy could pick up extra cash pulling a wagon around town and yelling, "Bring out your dead!" and dumping the bodies at the edge of town.

Hilarious you're citing the CDC as an authority, when MSNBC has a spent the last 48 hours thrashing them as inept buffoons who can't obtain, authorize or distribute anything approaching the number of tests the journalism majors in the studio deemed acceptable. Which is it? Is the CDC the world's preeminent authority on the matter, or are they the mouth breathing, knuckle dragging, rudderless Trump acolytes Ive ben hearing about (non-stop) for the past 10 news cycles?

Like I said... good luck with your testing when totally asymptomatic people are chock full of virus and spreading it. When hundreds of thousands (or millions) are infected in each state, WTF good is it? On top of that tons of people are testing negative, then positive or vice versa. And if you test positive the doc just tells you to go home and take it easy?

Sidenote from Wikipedia regarding the swine flu outbreak of 2009:

"As of mid-March 2010, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimated that about 59 million Americans contracted the H1N1 virus, 265,000 were hospitalized as a result, and 12,000 died."

Can we all agree that at NO POINT in its coverage of the swine flu was the media breathlessly reporting on our impending doom the way it is now? Not even after 12,000 H1N1 deaths, while we are now at 47 corona deaths? Schools stayed open, sports were played, Wall Street saw no need to crater the entire economy, routines went on (as they should have). I wonder what the difference is this time? Real puzzler.

Alas, I'm but a simple man who rarely concerns himself with all that complicated "science bullshit".

Trump on Tuesday- "Be calm. It's really working out. And a lot of good things are going to happen."

Trump on Friday-National Emergency!!!!!

Do you all think it would be a bad idea to hire a Doctor of Epidemiology to remove this big old Fir that has a nasty backlean over my house?
