Yeah, the Aztec orange and the Calamine are both nice. Blue Tongue is an oddball... nice looking rope, but that thing was like a rubberband. Makes a nice rigging rope, though. Do they even make that one, anymore? Haven't seen it advertised in a long time.
I saw this advertised at Sherrill. 150-200 ft lines are pretty worthless to me so I called to order a longer hank. The young man told me they had a 600 roll left so I said I would take. Now I figured I was gonna get the "Bro" deal that was advertised, but boy was I wrong. Fella did his ciphering and told me the grand total was gonna be just under $900. WTF? I tried to explained that the rope that was advertised was gonna be cut from the very same spool I just bought, so why were they gonna charge me top dollar for the same fucking rope. He said that since I was buying it bulk the price was $1.49 a foot and thats just the way it was. 86 that order and kindly go fuck yourself!110$ for 150’ of Yale Aztec 11.7mm, if any of y’all are looking for a bargain
Or 200’ for 160$. The 150’ is the better deal though, the 50’ difference between the 2 lengths is a buck a foot. I’m gonna get 2 of the 150’ if it’ll come in a single 300’ piece, I’m sure they’ll make that happen.

By flying out a tree doing a huge swing and creating huge heat.....I have seen loads of glazing on differing climbers lines. Mechanicals do not glaze. Rope on rope only. Doing a huge swing and misjudging then locking up in a big culprit....or long descends moving too fast.

Gaps regular price for 600 feet of blue moon is 489.99. I have always seen aztec as higher priced and unfortunately, gap only has blue moon in yale 11.7

Hitchcord is mandatory. Ropes come from big moves. I hardly ever get it with work ropes but reccing ropes always. I set up huge swings and that is when it happens a lot.
