SRT tending methods

For years now I've been using an old eye2eye with a small non locking biner around the neck or my lanyard over the shoulder to tend my system. I feel like it's time for something better and a bit more comfortable. What are you guys using?

4' sling with an alpine butterfly in each end.
Quite comfortable, no problems leavin it on, and I can adjust how much tension it puts on my device.

I used to use what ClimbStihl posted, but found an REI chest harness in my closet that I'd got a long time ago. I like it a little bit better. They don't sell it anymore but It's almost exactly like the Petzl Voltige Chest Harness.

I use a keychain carabiner and swivel dog snap but would love to make a more compact connection. If anyone has any ideas for that, let me know.

I made a pair of suspenders with a petzel ring open in the center of my chest. At first I had a dog leash swivel snap connected directly to the ring open, then I added a short peice of accessory cord to give it a little more flexibility between different setups. No pictures, but I'll take one if I remember

So kinda jealous of @ swingdudes work pic. I’m in the mountains of VA and we had snow Friday and 65F today. Gotta love mountains in spring.
Back on topic: I use a Weaver chest harness and Rock Exotica micro biner to tend slack. I got them from TreeStuff for about 25 bucks.
We get spring in the mountains? Usually its all 4 seasons in one week this time of year.

As far as tending goes. You know all those buffs that you get as freebies from gear vendors? Perfect neck tether. Been rocking them that way for years. Stretchy, comfortable, and you can cover your face when the boss says "I didn't notice all that poison ivy when I was doing the estimate"
