New England Ropes' Escalator

Re: New England Ropes\' Escalator

Ya thanks bull and treebeaver for the input, now I'll wait for treestuff.com to get it! I want a good foot lock rope and also something to use for srt and of coarse with the rope wrench!

Is it possible to buy this rope enywhere?

Here's a link to Wesspur. I couldn't find it at TreeStuff, and SherrillTree's website was causing my handheld computer to lock up. I still don't know if Sherrill carries it or not.

For some reason, on my handheld computer no price was showing up for this rope. Maybe it'll show up on a desktop computer.

Re: New England Ropes\' Escalator

The jacket is similar to KM111 from what I remember, but the rope is much lighter and has a lot less stretch. I took a few footlock runs a rope which I believe is a prototype for this one and it was very static, similar to 10mm HTP (snakebite). It didn't seem to get stiff like the Sterling HTP rope does after its loaded and 11mm is easier to grip.
There is nothing more static than Escalator and it ought to be named Errection, the way it gets when you pull on it.
