WTB Stihl 090 or something as big with a 5' bar

We are preparing for a major removal project and may need a big saw to get the job done. Anyone looking to sell something like an 090 or 880 with a long bar?
 
Get a Husky 3120 with a 5 foot cannon bar. It will destroy either of the Stihls you listed. I run one a couple of times a week, and am always amazed every time I fire it up. I ran an 090 for years back in the day, but the 3120 is in another league.

I was thinking TH might need it for the big removal in Basking Ridge. But I think that is on hold for a few months, correct? Sad. I saw that story on the national news a while back. Really cool that TH gets to do it though.
 
We, along with Guy have been doing the investigative work in an initial attempt to save the tree. The week of brutal heat and no rain was the final blow for that old beauty. Now it's time to lay it to rest. The trunk is about 78" DBH with a significant root flare.

We did a reduction pruning on overhanging limbs recently to address safety concerns and give the church time to discuss and formulate a plan going forward. The intent is to retain all the wood and repurpose it. Along with that is some sort of memorial. Ideas being considered are carving it in situ or removing and building a pedestal to reinstall it on, a section being cut from the trunk to serve as a plaque and some other ideas. The major issue is the 1600' of cabling, 150+' of bracing rods and 3 tons of concrete located in 72 different cavities.

Sounds like quite the job ! Let me know if you pull the trigger on Drews I'll bring it to Greensboro next week for you!
