wtb - old style Snapcut pole saw heads

It's getting hard to find these- right now you can only buy them with a 16 inch blade attached. If anyone has some of these stashed away they'd be willing to sell, let me know. I can buy them new with the big blade for about $20 plus shipping, but I'd like to just buy the heads, and bolt, screws, nuts that come with them.

no. this one is tapered on the inside to match the taper on the end of the wood poles. but thanks for the link. It's the one I've used for about 16 years.

Shaddart,

I think I have one buried in my buckets. I'm just getting the shop straightened out from the move last month. If you don't hear from me in a week, send me a PM/conversation to remind me.

You can use the flat sided ones and slip them onto the ends of fiberglass poles without ferrules.

I never like using pole saws/pruners with the adapters. that adds an annoying wiggle in the system.

Today I dug back into the shelves with my tree gear on them. The old saw head was there. Drop me a PM/conversation with your address. I don't need two. The other one that I have is setup with a Silky Ibuki blade so I might keep that one. On the other hand...you might like having the Ibuki blade on a pole saw. I've got two telescoping Silky pole saws that actually do me just fine.

Get hold of me either way.
