to be honest I don't know - the crane was max boomed out at the back of the tree say 30 ft from the trunk and other than that I had my hands fullBeautiful sunrises. What radius was the crane working at?
I thought that was Chris' crane good stuff !View attachment 46755 View attachment 46756 View attachment 46757 View attachment 46758 View attachment 46759 Had a big white oak storm removal about a 2500 lb branch fell on a garage and rest of tree had to go.
Was ok but wouldn't buy it, demo'd a Morbark blew that Vermeer awayHow do you like that new Vermeer Deevo ?
Nope likely going with Morbark when I go bigger, not enough HP in that Vermeer, too many future possible electrical gremlins that scare me.Yea Deevo, did you end up buying that big Vermeer? That's their only chipper I respect. I remember you demoing one a while back.
I just replaced my Mickey thompsons the week before, what you don't see is we got him to that point and I had one of my other trucks pulling me I was the middle man pulling, That was after a long 14 hour day of day 2 of storm work, only 4 hours sleep the night before, coffee was keeping us going and we were getting him out Come hell or high water ! We prevailed !I'm surprised that truck could pull that machine.

Ha ha, yes the mats definetley are better then plywood, I only have 10 of the Notch mats and 25 alturna mats. Worth the $ all day long.Lol yes it is Chris's crane you see me running it? Nope. I gotta install ashtrays on either side of it for him.
You think those notch mats are better then Reh ole' plywood?

Been thinking of adding 20 of the notch mats to the 20 alternas that I have now. Is the red better at not burning turf? I have a huge project coming up that some of the mats may have to sit all day, every day so we can run equipment in and out and to protect some very old obstacles. thanks
