Wondering about pay and to get hired

Location

Ok heres what I do:

Climber(beginer)
CLD class B
Saw mechanic (you would be surprised what I made work on a job site)
Truck Minor Mechanic (give me the tools tell me what to replace and forget about it)
Chipper Mechanic (Same deal as above)
On weekends a come in and detail the trucks

Well, Im one of those wierd guys that rather climb things than hang out in a bucket. I like going home at the end of that day feeling like I accomplished something. I have only ounce in my time leave a jobsite that was scheduled to be finished that day before the job was done(not by choice).
I have stayed at the shop from 5:30pm after the job till 12:30am just to help the mechanic inspect the vehicles so they can be legal.

In fact today I was at the shop till 6:30 working beside the mechanic he said to stick around in case he needed me again. So I walk over I fix 3 saws the were not running, 2-020s and an 046. My boss called the mechanic in to tell him I shouldn't be staying late just because I want to. this is what sparked this little inquary because I am do for review, and was wonder what should I actually be making an hour, and if I am not and he wont give it who would actually want a worker like me.

Subs Around here get 300.00 to 400.00 if they are insured and know what they are doing. If you can climb or do other types of tree work you can expect to get 18 to 30.00 an hour most likely with bennies. I am a small operation and I kept cost down with a number of tricks but I pay my workers really well. I am looking for a career man for more info if you are intrested pm me.
