What rigging gear do you use?

Today we picked up two CMI rescue pulleys to keep with our rigging gear. We have never used these as a company, just used blocks, but this got me thinking. The rescue pulleys seem to be a very useful and basic item to have for rigging, yet we just got them now. I am interested to see what other companies have for rigging equipment and how it compares to what we have. Here is what we have:
3 blocks
3 bull ropes
6-8 tag lines
3 port-a-wraps
1 figure 8
1 whoopie
3 eye slings
3 loopies
8-10 steel biners
1 mechanical advantage 5:1
and now 2 rescue pulleys
in delivery: bulk Tenex to make some more slings.

We usually run just one crew but it is not uncommon to run two crews. I would love to see some of your lists for what a crew has to work with. Thanks

Similar....but have 4 blocks, 4 2.375" pulleys, 1 4" pulley, 1 3" prussic minding pulley, GRCS, Hobbs, Simpson chainsaw capstan winch.

Seldom use the big stuff, in fact haven't broken out a rope over 9/16 for ages, and rarely over 1/2 inch double braid. We don't rig a lot of big stuff in the PNW. I rarely lower trunk wood, prefer to find a way to free drop it (or crane) For storm work, or tough trees, of course the big stuff comes out. And for storm work or lifting, the GRCS and HMWPE (spectra, etc, near zero stretch) lines are the cat's meow.

I work as a contract climber so my rigging gear is limited...
200' 9/16" Stable Braid
200' 1/2" Super braid
Large steel Porty
5/8" CMI Block
5:1 Fiddle Block
3" CMI pulleys for speedlining
a bunch of homemade slings - 5/8" Tenex and 9/16" Stable Braid

When I get the call that needs rigging (not too often), this is what I have:

200' 9/16" Stable braid
1 retired 1/2" climbing line about 110'(XTC plus)
1 large (blue) block
6" pulley block (CMI stainless)
4" pulley block (")
Porta wrap
2 10' 3/4" Samson eye slings
One and two ton round crane slings
Whoopie sling (never used, think I just liked the name!)
assorted steel biners
assorted light nylon loops
Prussic cord to make an adjustable Z rig (3 or 4:1 pull)
Come along

Too much to list. But, not as much as some.

I am kind of supprised to see only one person list the GRCS and\or a Hobbs. I thought we were way behind the times by not having those. Now that I said that, I am sure people will all start posting that they have 2-3 GRCS's and about 5 Hobbs.

I Only have one GRCS (so far!)

60m of 16mm stable braid. (long enough to spread the load through various pulleys, or to transfer to another tree)
45m of 19mm stable braid.
50m of retired KM111 for speedline, and light wieght lifting/lowering.
various bit of old climbing limb, for retrieval lines etc.
Large yellow ISC block
Blue ISC block x2
50kn rescue pulleys X2
loopie slings and dead eye slings as appropriate for attaching pulleys and blocks.
Medium blue rigging plate
5-6 slings and plenty steel Krabs.

I now have a Hobbs, although still use the portowrap if there's a chance the hobbs might get wacked by a chunk, or on occasion where something needs to be double tied.

12, 14, and 20mm(3/4) lowering lines, plus a 12mm dinamic for where extra shock absorbion is preferable, i.e. dead and fragile!

A 12mm pull/control line.

3 x 20mm slings

2 x 16mm

a selection of pulleys/blocks, to match.

Ive also started using ISC's new 7 ton Karabiner (attachment), although I cant spot it on the website. It's a big chunky thing but real easy to work, especially with gloves because its so open. If, like me, you prefer the convenience of knotless rigging, then I think you'll appreciate it whether you work up the tree or on the floor.

Anyway, all the gear gets used weekly.

Biggest fear are people running in with saws, head down, without first making sure the ropes are un-attached and out of the way. Some have a bad tendancy to let a rigged branch just lie at the foot of the tree instead of dragging it clear before un-tieing. Ropes wafting in the wind next to a saw at full pelt....I get stressed just thinking about it
