What happened to the Tree flex?

I was wondering what happened to the Treeflex harness? Do they make it anymore?

Yeah, Blue Ridge is the only arborist dealer in the US that still carries the saddle.

I have 2 of them and still consider it the best saddle out there. Truly ahead of it's time.

Paolo and Dee spent a lot of R&D on that saddle and it's to bad that others haven't had a chance to climb in one yet.

I've been pondering this saddle for a while. One thing that might not fly is that im a 29 or 30 inch waist and the small is 32 inches at its smallest by the looks of things.

Does anyone have a TF that is thin like I

Something that became evident after the TF was made was that it was a saddle that fit a lot of women. The TreeFlex would go small and still be comfortable on smaller bodies than most other arbo saddles.

I'll try to remember to get some measurements off mine today when I'm at the workshop.

Go back in the archives and find the TF threads.

I have a 32" waist and climb in the medium TF without any problems.

You shouldn't have any problems in the small if you have a 29"-30" waist size. Remember that 32" measurement is around your hips not your waist.

Hey thanks for that info gents. Thanks Tom for the extra effort of measuring your saddle and getting back to me.

I'm gonna have to get better at searching the archive. I'm not sure why I seem to have trouble with it when I try to use it.

I heard a lot of good things about the Treeflex. I've never used one, but it looks really comfy. The only thing that bothers me are those tiny shackles! I know they are rated, but they look so tiny compared to other saddles! I know I'd be questioning their durability while dangling 60' up in the tree.
