No Reg. The bullshit flag was for Nick. You are crystal clear when you speak. I admire that.

I wrote some really funny sentences but erased it so no one thinks I deserve to die for them misconstruing my humor
Nope. Thanks Steve. It doesn't really mean that much to me without reading what is being said from the other contributors.
I'm assuming he went on to say much worse than this to justify getting dropped from Treestuff, have people tear up his saddle and start receiving death threats ?
With respect to the rationale offered by Mr. Bonner to discontinue sales of Matt"s saddle, would it be reasonable for upper management at Sherrill and TreeStuff to forgo future excursions to breastraunts?
There is apparently a psychological toll that Mr. Bonner may have been unaware of...

Can’t say I necessarily agree with these fellas but it’s a crazy world we live in. Suddenly we live in an era where it’s wrong to be proud of being manly.
Interesting article, thanks for posting the link.
It is NOT manly to place anyone beneath yourself.
This isn't a religious or political issue. It is socail. We are all part of the human rqce

Compartmentalization is good for trees, not arborists [or human society...my add in parantheses]
The manly part is incidental. He's just quoting his religion. The same religion I assumed the West was built around....that of whichever presdent you voted in, swears upon when they take office.
Seems crazy that others feel it's their place to punish an Amerian for speaking of his belief in Christianity, in America. He didnt commit a crime, harm or threaten anyone....agree with his views or not. Rather, he just argued with couple people on facebook. Nothing even to do with his saddle.
Christianity is not a belief of the United States. It is a belief of some of the citizenry, and should be protected where it doesn't conflict with the country's baseline values. One of those values is equal rights.
.
It is clearly religious on Matts part, Tom. If he's truly committed, then it outweighs social acceptance in his thinking. Some people don't do half measures
So why do your leaders talk about God so much. Start wars in God's name and stuff ? Why do you have a bible in the courtrooms ?
Does Matt have the right to speak and live by his Christian beliefs ? Should he be outcast or punished ?
Does equal rights extend to the rest of the world, or just within US boundaries....such as a country that doesnt' hold the same values as america ? Communists and Muslims are two obvious examples. Not to get too far away from the saddle thing, but just I'm just curious how you personally feel about those things. Thanks
Yup...and that a religion that I don't care to associate with
Being truly committed is not acceptable. History is clotted with truly committed people. Not hard to name dozens.
You're right, ... "in ______ [fiill in whoever here] his thinking" but that doesn't make it acceptable.
Zealots can be daangerous
