I want to thank the community for such great support.
I am pleased to announce that WesSpur has agreed to continue to sell the SAKA, (Self Advancing Knee Ascender) in spite of difficult challenges. For the next 6 months they will be the exclusive US reseller.
Quick story. A couple months ago I visited WesSpur and was speaking with David. I mentioned that my production had become streamlined and I had acquired a better supply for raw materials and could lower the wholesale price. I asked if they would like to maintain the current retail price to increase their profit margin. David said, "No there are a lot of guys working really hard out there, we would rather pass the savings on to them."
So I am pleased to announce they not only will carry the SAKA but we have adjusted the retail price to 139.95.

This is wonderful news, Richard. As well as, a price decrease to top it off! Will the Patent Lawsuit have any future issues, with you being able to continuously supply the Vendor? I know you've got a lot of overhead, now that you purchased that "State of the Art" commercial sewing machine. While the lack of sales over the past couple of months, has to have cut into your profit margin! Just as long as you can keep the product moving, that's a huge "Positive". Best of luck with the other Vendors! Also, with your venture!
 
I am glad for you Richard.

I really do not like the BS of others not selling it. Seems like if there is a patent fight, it is between you and haas folks and not the sellers (or should I say seller now). So hats off to WesSpur too.
