Yes, and in my neighborhood! We already have Emerald Ash Borer killing all the Ash, Bacterial Leaf Scorch killing Oaks, Spotted Lantern Flies killing everything with sweet sap, and Spruce Spider Mites killing the spruce. Of course we need one more!

This has been basically first documented on treebuzz at this time of night I can’t recall who first started talking about noticing it. Sad to hear it’s more of a ‘thing’ now and not a localized incident

Most of the beech trees around my area have beech bark disease and are numbered anyways. This is just another nail in the
