We pay on a percentage of the job: 25-30% to a bucket truck owner who climbs. The last fellow made $7000 in the last 30 days. We would negotiate the pay for climber / bucket truck operators.
Tree Tech has all the licenses, insurance, marketing and admin in place for a smooth running business. We are small, personable and treat employees in a considerate way. We pay in full and on time without fail.
We want experienced workers who are considerate of customers homes and property, show up on time and are safety conscious. No druggies or wild hairs please. Knowledge of knots, rigging, etc essential.
The perfect individual owns their own bucket truck, climbing gear and climbing saw. The work has been full time over the last two months cleaning up after the January ice storm. (We would hire a climber without out a bucket truck and another person with bucket truck experience.)
Our company has a T300 bobcat, two dump trailers, shop truck and ground saws. We are here for the duration of the storm clean up. So, when other companies are dead in the water with no more free pickup, we're still working.
