Ok so here at Cox's Tree Service/Ropetek we are considering adding another member to our crew. This would be an excellent opportunity for a young buck looking to gain experience as a crane removal climber.
We will consider anyone with any experience level as long as you have a strong desire to be a part of a team of highly productive and innovative individuals.
No lazy idiots please.

Tyler I thought you were running your own crane crew?

I think this could be a great stepping stone for a less experienced climber as a stepping stone, commit to work with us for a year and we will teach you the ins and outs of crane work and will be able to offer a good evaluation of your competency if you decide to move on.

I was hired on to run a crane crew, then did 2 jobs before the crane sat there for weeks. I went back to contract climbing. That contractor calls me when the crane rolls, but it was not enough to keep me around. I get bored being stagnant so I had to move on.

Hey, Paul! This is an absolutely, astonishingly amazing job offer! Most folks that put out "help wanted" posts want people that are already trained by someone else, so that they don't have to bear that expense. You, on the other hand, are just looking for a smart, highly motivated individual. I would expect however that you are probably looking for someone
who already knows how to climb to some degree.

Maybe you should post this offer under the "Job Finder" category, also. I would think you'd have your pick of people from all over the country. Again, you've made an amazing offer, and I wish you the best in finding a really great candidate.

Tim, we would also consider non climbers, obviously it would take longer to get them proficient. We really just need smart motivated individuals, male or female, black white or blue. I am not a greedy person as many here know so as long as we are making money compensation is generous.

I don't want to derail your job search Paul, but thank you for the Hitchhiker. I've won a few bets beating the wraptor up trees with one and a bungee rope Walker setup. Certainly the best SRT device in my opinion.

Even more amazing. Maybe you could post a "help wanted" ad at the local college or high school, looking for an "A" student athlete. Guaranteed to be smart, already interested in the athletic side of life.

Tim

I apologize if that was too vulgar Mr. Cox . I’m dim witted with a crude sense of humor. Just trying to be funny.
On behalf of whoever gets to join your company, thanks for providing a great opportunity!
