wage question

I was thinking of renegotiating my wage with my boss and would like some other opinions. I am a certified arborist with about 7 years experience with 3 years of education and a pesticide license. The place I work is a 5 star golf resort. I take care of roughly 2300 trees(and growing) plus 18 golf holes of wood edge. This includes pruning,removals,climbing, fertilizing, spraying, disease and insect monitoring and other landscape work when I am needed. What do you think would be a far wage for this?

55 - 60 000/yr Canadian, at least, especially with the THC and IPM you must be involved in. Are you the head arborist there - who do you take orders from? Do you work full time through the winter?

You could say I was the head arborist, I'm the only arborist.Depending on the year and whats going on I work from April to December.I'm under the Turf super and Landscape super. I usually only have someone with if I'm doing any climb or removals.

I should say the most of the tree pruning is of younger trees from 6 feet to 15 feet
