Vermeer Chipper idle down

Having a problem with my 2016 Vermeer BC1800, Cummins 130HP, Tier IV. On its own it idles down. If you hold the idle up switch it goes back. If you only press it once, like you are supposed to, it idles up and then back down. We changed out the throttle switch already and Mag Sensor, No Change. Any suggestions? Thx!!
