Awesome! Can you post an update when it is available? I want to splice this rope because there is so many tutorials on this exact rope. I am new to splicing and would prefer to follow along with this rope!

when I ordered my first custom lanyard, with Wesspur, they called to tell me they couldn't leave the other end unterminated so they just added a sewn eye free of charge. It's that kinda stuff that keeps my trust in business.

Arbsession was also great last year, I ordered a length of rope and then realized I wanted it 12' longer. We worked out how to get that all figured out. I agree with you @Reach , good service beats good price when it comes to tree gear, generally. Buying Local adds bonus points!

@Treeguy9 Velocity is a great rope to practice on. Really any of the Samson V-series are similar to splice, though the bigger diameter is sometimes more tricky. If you watch Wesspur's Clearance Rope section, you may find short lengths of Velocity on there. They have a length of Vortex on there right now: https://www.wesspur.com/clearance/clearance-rope.html
