Click on the Main Index and it lists in red if you have unread posts - not the most perfect web system...

I abandoned the 'unread' and now just got to the bottom of the Main Index page and click on links for posts over the past 24 hours.

Ah i see. I like the button that shows all unread posts, instead of clicking on each sub forum. Too bad.
