Uniforms

There is a local embroidery shop that does my logo on any short for like $8...or I usually buy the shirts from him - he doesn't mark them up much.

He does screen printing as well, but I haven't gotten a quote as we just dona few at a time and that needs to be a bigger batch to be affordable.

A friend does iron on shirts with a cri-cut. They don't stick very well... It's been a long time, but in the past I had printed stuff on inkjet printer on an iron on sheet. It worked well. Still not as nice as screen printing.

I contacted our local folks. They wanted $25 bucks a shirt for a simple front logo, and $30+ for a simpler hat than we got.

I love supporting local, but free market is free market. In the future we'll move towards more local folks (like our cards and advertising lady, omg she rocks). Can't justify a couple grand on hats and shirts for the crew.

I get my hats done at Lids for $17 CAD (~12 USD). And they'll embroider pretty much anything.

A lot of local companies doing screen printing. Usually $30-$40 for setup (making the template) and then $10/shirt after that. And that's including the cost of the shirt.

I prefer dealing with local for that kind of stuff. Much easier to fix things when you can just walk into a shop and talk to a person than dealing with some AI customer service chatbot.

I've had some Arborwear polo shirts...I think they were Tech Polo. The held smell and faded quickly, but were comfortable. I won't buy those again.

I have 1 Arborwear tshirts. Super comfortable...but it also faded a little.

Not trying to be too hard on them...I have plenty of other Arborwear clothing I've bought again and will likely continue.

I have my guy here. He is awesome.

I love truewerk. I rock their t2 pants. Had mine for 5 years and am just starting to wear them out. Don't like the "swish" noise but they feel like pajamas.

The Forester breathtec chainsaw pants (I think that's what they're called) have been a great value. Not terribly hot and $100. Great value.

We're trying some cheap shirts from Amazon for now. Needed something for the trade shows and vender booths we're doing all summer so we match and have something of a uniform.
