Manipulating Leads to generate profit is the challenge. (Budgeting, job costing, labour efficiency, labour ratios, fixed costs, variable costs, net margin)

Protecting from loss is incredibly important. (Policies, procedures, OHS Program, conduct & behavior management)

Hope they can squeeze all that in in 2 days.
