Yes, and a storm damaged mess of one. I had to go out to here:

to reduce in 3" diameter without a high central leader to tie in to. My weight was mostly on a 2" limb, slightly on my hook on a 3" limb, and I precautionarily had my TIP just above the horizon for a last ditch swing. That ugly heading/reduction cut in front was back to the nearest living suckers. Everything that cannot be seen up top is riddled with storm damage dead wood that elicited suckering which blocks the view from below. I had no idea what I was getting into. I had to start with a low TIP, then advanced it about 10 feet - that was all I could get that looked reliable.
