Funny thing was, Robinia had me searching for a skin disease: He gave the clue: "...Rosacea." I'm sure it was autocorrect but I had to add an "e" to the end to get anything related to plants :) Love this game! Glad to have you back Rob! We missed ya!

Nay....not a hackberry...or serviceberry. Younger trees have smooth bark but the older ones get some texture to them like many of the other oaks....ooops :)
 
Yeah, but I've never seen liquidambar with a full, christmas-tree-shaped crown like that. That's what made me think southern magnolia. Leaf shape (at least my blurred bad vision of it) says prunus. Give us a clue Tom?
