How can we get on their mailing list?

I read the attached report and found it lacking in so much as the recommendations are worded weakly. "Should"? A wise person once told me to never "should" on myself....

It is a lesson those to all of us about the hazards of a house service. Myself, I'll stay away from a job involving work like this when it's raining. Reschedule it and do something else.
