tree equipment sales

I am new here, so I will be very vague because I dont want to bad mouth anyone. It is no one on this forum. I bought some equipment from Harvs tree sales in Michigan about a month ago. We checked everything when we picked it up, chipper, and the dump on the top kick, everything was cool.(we probaly could have been a little more thorough of our inspection, our fault.) We Asked if the tire pressure was right on the chipper and truck, he said "I personally checked and filled it yesterday before you got here." So I had no reason to doubt that someone would lie about tire pressure.
We got the truck on the road and about fifty miles away the tire blew on the chipper. We thought we had ran over something, but the mechanic checked the mechanic checked the othe sides pressure, it was at 35 psi, should have been at 75. I call him and he in no way is willing to help us pay for the tire, since"he personally filled them both the day before." That cost $450, because it ruined the rim when it blew.

We Get the truck home and the dump bed that worked now does not work, and we had not even used it yet, the pump was burnt up. $700. And he would not help us pay for that because"we must have done something to it to make it not work."

I know I bought the truck and chipper as is, but where is the integrity. I know that this stuff is not alot of money, but I more or less wanted to post this to warn you guys to always inspect everything. Even tires. Dont let someone pull anything over on you guys. If this should have een posted on another forum, so sorry.
